Pricing models

How the two approaches differ

PaperRoute publishes a base price that covers the first four users, whether office staff or drivers, and charges the same rate for each further user. AxiWaste publishes separate starting prices for admin users and drivers, and quotes bespoke work and integrations separately.

The feature sets differ, so a price comparison is only meaningful when like is compared with like. PaperRoute's site lists route planning, GPS tracking, a driver app, a CRM and reporting in its price. Ask each vendor to quote for the same capabilities and the same team before comparing totals.
