Grab hire and muckaway software
Book the job, send it to the driver, capture the weight at the weighbridge or from the ticket, and raise the waste transfer note. Grab hire and muckaway prices can be set per load, per tonne or per job.
Grab and muckaway jobs
Grab hire and muckaway are booked as jobs, by phone or in the office. The job holds the customer, the site, the waste description and the price you have quoted.
The same dispatch board also runs skip hire. Skip hire software covers containers, exchanges and on-road permits.
The board and the driver app
Jobs are allocated to a vehicle and a driver. The driver runs the job in the offline driver app, with photo evidence at the lift.
Weighbridge or ticket
Weights are taken at the weighbridge or from a photographed ticket. It works with any network (router/wifi) enabled weighbridge indicator, any brand; confirm your model with us. If the indicator is not networked, the ticket photo supplies gross, tare and net, or the weight is entered by hand.
The two-pass detail is on weighbridge software.
Waste transfer notes and Defra
A muckaway load is a waste transfer. AxiWaste generates the waste transfer note and assigns an EWC code from your catalogue. Soil and stones, for example, are often coded 17 05 04. That code is an example. The note uses the code that matches the load.
Where your site receives the waste, AxiWaste submits the receipt to Defra Digital Waste Tracking through the Receipt of Waste API. Waste transfer notes covers the note, including hazardous consignment notes.
Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
The invoice is raised when the job completes. AxiWaste can connect to Xero, Sage and QuickBooks, quoted with the rest of the configuration. Grab hire and muckaway prices can be set per load, per tonne or per job.
Licences, and how you price the job
Starting user licence prices: from £35 per admin user and £4 per driver per month, excluding VAT. Configuration, bespoke work and integrations are quoted separately.
