Trade waste collection software for UK commercial rounds
Recurring trade rounds, an offline driver app, waste transfer notes and nightly carrier checks, on the same platform as skip hire and the weighbridge.
Recurring commercial collections
Recurring trade rounds generate their own jobs. One-off collections can sit on the same dispatch board.
Skip movements and trade rounds share that board. Skip hire software covers the container side.
Gate fees in the route
Route optimisation accounts for vehicle weight limits, container types, tip opening hours, accepted EWC codes, collection windows and each disposal site's gate fee, so the round can use the cheapest legal tip.
The detail is on intelligent route planning.
Offline driver app
The driver confirms each lift in the offline app, with a photo. A missed lift is recorded with a reason and a photo. Rebooking of a missed trade waste collection can be set up if required.
Waste transfer notes and carrier checks
Each completed collection can produce a digital waste transfer note with an EWC code from your catalogue. That note is the duty-of-care record for the transfer.
Carrier and broker licences on the job are re-checked nightly against the Environment Agency public register. The current Defra duty to report receipts sits with permitted receiving sites. Carriers, brokers and dealers sets out the later phase.
Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
The invoice is raised when the round's jobs complete. AxiWaste can connect to Xero, Sage and QuickBooks. Those connections are quoted with the rest of the configuration.
