Weighbridge software for UK waste sites
AxiWaste pulls weight data automatically. It works with ANPR software to log vehicle movements. The two-pass weigh-in and weigh-out produces the waste transfer note, the customer ticket and the receipt.
Automatic weight from a networked indicator
It works with any network (router/wifi) enabled weighbridge indicator, any brand; confirm your model with us. AxiWaste pulls the weight data automatically.
Vehicle movements logged with ANPR software
It works with ANPR software to log vehicle movements. The ANPR software identifies the vehicle. AxiWaste records the movement against the visit.
AxiWaste keeps the weighbridge and waste record. It works with your ANPR software.
Weigh-in and weigh-out
A full visit is two passes. The vehicle is weighed in and weighed out, and those two weights give gross, tare and net for the load.
The visit produces the waste transfer note, the customer ticket and the receipt. One record holds the vehicle, the weights and the waste description.
Printed, emailed, or both
Customer tickets and receipts can be printed, emailed, or both. The ticket and the receipt sit with the waste transfer note for that visit, so the customer and the site are looking at the same weights.
Waste transfer note, submitted to Defra
AxiWaste generates the waste transfer note for the visit, with the EWC code from your catalogue, and submits it to Defra Digital Waste Tracking through the Receipt of Waste API.
Permitted receiving sites in England and Wales report a receipt within 2 working days. Digital Waste Tracking sets out the duty, and waste transfer notes covers the note itself.
Site permits logged, carriers checked
Site permits are logged against the disposal site: permit number, opening hours, accepted EWC codes and gate fee, where you hold them.
Carrier references are checked. Every carrier and broker licence on the job is re-checked nightly against the Environment Agency public register.
Weighbridge and daily revenue
The weighbridge and daily revenue report lists tickets in and out against ex-VAT and inc-VAT revenue, for today and for the month.
Ticket photo or manual entry
If the indicator is not on the network, photograph the weighbridge ticket. AxiWaste reads the gross, tare and net into the job. Weights can also be entered by hand.
The visit still gets a waste transfer note. The photo is the fallback.
