Pricing across the waste software market
Other providers publish their prices differently. PaperRoute lists a base plan covering the first four users with an added charge for every further user, drivers included. LoadSnap lists tiered plans by monthly load volume. Waste Logics does not publish a price list that we could find. See the comparison pages for each, with sources and the date checked.
Defra does not rank or price providers. Its list names AxiWaste as "Axithorn | Axiwaste" among providers it has confirmed meet the digital waste tracking requirements.

What counts as an admin user and what counts as a driver?
Admin users are office staff who sell, schedule, dispatch, invoice and manage compliance in AxiWaste. Drivers use the offline driver app to confirm jobs, capture photos and signatures, and complete waste transfer notes at the point of lift.
Are these the final prices?
They are starting licence prices that give access to the platform. Configuration to your organisation, bespoke work and integrations are scoped and quoted separately, and licence mix and volume can be flexed for larger organisations, so we confirm a figure for your operation in a quote.
Is configuration included?
Licence prices cover user access. Configuration for your organisation, customisation to your processes, forms and reports, and integrations with other systems may carry additional charges. Each is scoped with you and delivered against an agreed project plan, so you know the cost and date before work starts.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. Prices on this page are per month and exclude VAT.
